A. If there is a broken appliance in your house you have only two options. You can schedule affordable appliance repair and try to save money. If it is successful, you can continue using your stove, freezer, refrigerator or washer and dryer. The other choice is to replace the appliance.

All home appliances come with an estimated lifetime. If it’s a broken appliance in the beginning or in the middle range of that lifetime, we would suggest hiring Rowe Appliance Repair. If the home appliance is close to the end of its expected lifetime, we suggest replacing it with a new model if your budget allows.

Q. CAN YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE DURING THE FIRST VISIT?

A. It is our goal to finish the repair during the initial visit. Throughout the years, we estimate that our repairmen are successful in fixing things with one visit about 90% of the time. We stock most of the standard manufacturer appliance parts in our repair vans plus necessary tools to perform the job. If we need to return to finish the repair, there will not be any add-on service cost.

Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR A SERVICE CALL?

A. When it comes time to schedule service from one of our technicians, we will provide a two to three hour timeframe for our arrival at your home. Then, our repairmen will give you a call 10 to 15 minutes in advance of their arrival. We know how important our customer’s time is. That’s why we try our utmost to be prompt. Since some repair jobs require more time than anticipated, we give our repairmen some cushion to finish up one job and still not be late for the next job.
